About Nawaz Peerbux

• Nawaz Peerbux, Co-Founder and Finance Director of Nasani Real Estate graduated with honours in international business with French at Derby University. Having been born and raised in the UK he started his first construction company, Ambux Ltd in 2004 in the West Midlands.

His raw passion for construction and property development was evident in his prominent rise as a property manager supporting and dealing with a portfolio of over 100 properties. He has also shown the same enthusiasm and zeal by establishing a construction company in 2016 and launching the Mayfair brand of luxury properties in Mauritius. His expertise and a keen eye for detail, has since introduced 80 new build properties to the market available to the locals as well as the foreigners.

Having worked with properties in the UK, Dubai, Indonesia and Mauritius, his international experience and knowledge of the industry are paramount to the customers.
